Ural State Medical University was started in 1931. It is a higher medical education institution in the Ekaterinburg city of Russian Federation. The university was given the status of Ural State Medical Academy in 1995. The Ural State Medical Academy was awarded the status of the university in 2013 and renamed to Urals State Medical University.
